Creator Terms

Effective 24 October 2026

1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply between JACA SOFTWARE JAKUB CZACHOR, ul. Fryderyka Szopena 35C/W164, 35-055 Rzeszów, Poland, NIP 8133861202, REGON 389022856 (“we”, “us”), and every person or company that opens a creator account to sell packs in Infinite Props Store (“you”). Creator accounts are for people and companies acting for the purposes of their trade, business or profession. The Terms of Service and the Privacy Notice also apply; if they conflict with these terms on matters between you and us, these terms prevail.

Sign-up for outside creators is currently closed while we settle the tax set-up; the Store sells our own packs. These terms already describe how creator accounts work so they apply unchanged when sign-up reopens.

2. Your creator account

Give accurate details about yourself or your company and keep them current. You can invite team members to your account and you are responsible for what they do in it. Keep sign-in details secret and tell us at infinite.props@proton.me if you suspect misuse.

3. Listings and review

A listing is a pack of Infinite Props source files with a README, preview images, a description and a price. We compile the sources on our servers. Every new listing and every new version is reviewed before it is published; if we reject it, the reason is shown in the creator panel. Published versions cannot be changed, only followed by new versions.

  • Describe the pack accurately: contents, what it generates, the runtime version and any limits.
  • Preview images must be renders of the pack. If you use an illustration, for example as a cover, label it as such.
  • Set the Commercial price in euros. The price you set is the price buyers pay, including VAT.

4. Your rights and the license you give us

You confirm that you own or are licensed to all rights in the files, README and images you upload, that selling them here does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that they do not contain unlawful content or third-party material you may not sublicense. If you used AI tools, make sure their terms allow this use.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license, without fees beyond your share of sales, to store, compile and recompile your files (including for newer runtime versions), render previews, display the listing, use the listing and previews to promote the Store, sell the pack and grant buyers the Commercial license described in section 10 of the Terms of Service.

The license lasts while the listing is available. After you unlist a pack or close your account, buyers keep access to the versions they bought and their Commercial licenses remain valid, so we keep the files needed for that.

5. Sales and payments

We sell packs to buyers in our own name, collect the payment and handle VAT, invoices, refunds and complaints towards buyers. Your share of each sale, the payout delay, payouts through Stripe Connect, fees and what happens on refunds and chargebacks are set out in the creator payment rules shown in the creator panel. You accept a specific version of those rules before your packs can be sold, and every later version needs your acceptance again.

If a buyer gets a refund or wins a chargeback, the related share is not paid or is reversed. We may hold payouts while a payment, a report or a suspected breach of these terms is being checked.

6. What you may not sell

  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including copies or close imitations of other creators’ work.
  • Unlawful, hateful, sexual or violent content not allowed by law, and content that harms minors.
  • Files with malicious code or anything designed to harm buyers’ systems.
  • Misleading listings, fake reviews or attempts to manipulate the catalogue.

7. How listings are ordered

The catalogue lists packs from newest to oldest by default. Buyers can filter by category and sort by price. The homepage may feature packs we choose for their quality, novelty and fit with the catalogue. Nobody can pay for a better position, and we do not change the order because of the share a creator receives.

8. Our own packs

We also sell our own packs under the Infinite Props creator account. They go through the same review and appear in the catalogue under the same ordering rules. We do not give our own packs access to data about other creators’ sales that is not also available to those creators.

9. Data

In the creator panel you can see your listings, orders of your packs and your settlements, and export them. Use buyer details shown there only to handle those orders. We have access to all data in the Store, which we use to operate it, handle payments, meet legal obligations and keep it secure, as described in the Privacy Notice. We do not share one creator’s sales data with other creators.

10. Restrictions, suspension and closing the account

If a listing or an account breaches these terms or the law, we may unlist the listing, hold payouts, or suspend or close the account. We give you a statement of reasons at the latest when the restriction takes effect. We close an account for good only with 30 days’ notice, unless the law requires otherwise or there has been a serious or repeated breach.

You can contest any of these decisions by writing to infinite.props@proton.me within 6 months. We review the case and reply with our decision and reasons. You can close your account at any time by writing to us; section 4 explains what happens to sold packs.

11. Liability

You are responsible for the content you upload. If a third party makes a claim against us because your content infringes their rights, you will compensate us for the resulting costs, including reasonable legal costs and refunds to buyers. Our liability towards you is limited to the amount of your share of sales in the 12 months before the claim and excludes lost profits, except for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

12. Changes and governing law

We announce changes to these terms by email at least 15 days before they take effect, unless the law requires a faster change. If you do not accept them, you can close your account before that date. These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes go to the court competent for our registered address.
