Terms of Service

Effective 24 October 2026

1. Who we are

Infinite Props Store at iprop.store (the “Store”) is run by JACA SOFTWARE JAKUB CZACHOR, ul. Fryderyka Szopena 35C/W164, 35-055 Rzeszów, Poland, a sole proprietorship of Jakub Czachor entered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), tax ID (NIP) 8133861202, REGON 389022856 (“we”, “us”).

Contact us at infinite.props@proton.me for questions, complaints, withdrawals, privacy requests and reports. This address is also our single point of contact for users and authorities under the EU Digital Services Act. You can write to us in English or Polish.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern the use of the Store and every purchase made in it. They are the terms of electronic services within the meaning of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. Creator accounts are also governed by separate Creator Terms. The Privacy Notice explains how we process personal data.

A “consumer” is a natural person buying for purposes outside their trade or profession. Where these terms give consumers a right, a natural person running a business in the European Union who buys for that business, where the purchase is not of a professional nature for them, has the same rights regarding withdrawal, conformity and unfair clauses.

3. Services and technical requirements

Free of charge, we provide browsing the catalogue, a customer account with a library of purchases, and the listing report form. For a price, we sell digital content.

You need a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, an internet connection and an email address. Using the downloaded files requires the Infinite Props compiler and runtime; each listing shows the runtime version its compiled files were built with. Packs are delivered as ZIP files.

You must not supply unlawful content, interfere with the Store (for example by automated mass requests, probing for vulnerabilities or bypassing access controls), use another person’s account or payment method, or use the Store to infringe anyone’s rights.

4. Your account

You need an account to buy. Give accurate details, keep your password secret and tell us if you suspect misuse. You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You can close your account at any time by writing to infinite.props@proton.me. Closing the account ends access to your library, so download your files first; we keep order records for as long as the law requires. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, after notifying you with the reasons, unless the law or the urgency of preventing harm does not allow prior notice.

5. What you buy

Each listing is a pack of digital content: Infinite Props source files (.ips), shared parts, files compiled from them (.iprop), a README, version information and a license record. Generators produce images (for example sprites) from these files. The listing describes the contents, functionality, compatible runtime and current version. Where a listing image is an illustration rather than a render of the pack, the listing says so.

Every pack is sold with the Commercial license in section 10. The price, the license and the main features are shown on the listing and again before you place the order.

6. Ordering, prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the rate that applies to your order. The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay; there are no delivery costs. Payment is made by card through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.); card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach us.

To order, add packs to the cart, sign in, accept these terms, give the delivery consent described in section 8 and press “Order with obligation to pay”. The contract is concluded when you place the order, and we confirm it by email together with the order details, the consents you gave and our contact details. If the payment is not completed, the order is cancelled.

We issue a VAT invoice on request sent to infinite.props@proton.me. Business customers should include their company name, address and tax ID.

7. Delivery and updates

After the payment is confirmed, the pack appears in your library, usually within minutes, and you can download it there. The library keeps every approved version of the pack, including versions released after your purchase. We are not obliged to release new versions, except updates needed to keep the content in conformity with the contract for as long as you can reasonably expect.

If the Store is going to close, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can download your files. Files you have already downloaded remain yours to use under the license.

While a refund or a payment dispute (chargeback) for an order is open, downloads for that order are suspended. If the order is refunded, the license for the refunded packs ends.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving reasons. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost once delivery has started, if you expressly asked for delivery before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose the right (Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). At checkout you are asked for that consent, and the order confirmation email confirms it. Because packs are delivered right after payment, in practice the right of withdrawal ends when the pack reaches your library.

If delivery has not started yet, you can withdraw by sending a clear statement to infinite.props@proton.me, for example using the form below. We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method.

Model withdrawal form

To: JACA SOFTWARE JAKUB CZACHOR, ul. Fryderyka Szopena 35C/W164, 35-055 Rzeszów, Poland, infinite.props@proton.me. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content: … Ordered on: … Order number: … Name of consumer: … Address of consumer: … Date: …

9. Conformity and complaints

We are liable to consumers for supplying digital content that conforms to the contract, under Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. If a pack does not work as described, for example the files are missing, corrupted or do not compile with the runtime version stated on the listing, you can ask us to bring it into conformity. If we refuse, fail to do so or the lack of conformity persists or is serious, you can ask for a price reduction or withdraw from the contract and get a refund.

Send complaints to infinite.props@proton.me with your order number and a description of the problem. We reply within 14 days; if we do not, the complaint is deemed accepted. Business customers who are not covered by section 2 have no statutory warranty rights; we still handle their complaints in good faith.

10. Commercial license

With each purchased pack we grant the buyer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to the pack. If you buy for a company, the license is granted to the company and covers its employees and contractors working on its projects.

  • You may use the pack in any number of your own projects, commercial or not, including games, apps, videos, prints and marketing.
  • You may modify the source files and combine them with your own work.
  • You may distribute images generated with the pack and the compiled .iprop files as part of your products, without limits on copies or sales.
  • You may share the source files with people working with you on your projects, but not publish them.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, share publicly or give away the source files or the compiled files on their own, or as part of an asset pack, template, library, generator or similar product whose main value is the asset itself.
  • You may not claim the pack as your own creation or register it as a trademark.

The license is not transferable, except together with the project that uses the pack. The rights in the pack remain with us or with the creator named on the listing. If you seriously breach these license terms, we may end the license; images and products you lawfully released before that stay licensed.

11. Reporting content and moderation

Every listing is reviewed before it is published. Anyone can report a listing they believe is illegal or breaks these terms using the “Report listing” form on the listing, or by writing to infinite.props@proton.me. Give the reasons, the listing, your name and email address, and confirm that the report is made in good faith. We confirm receipt, decide without undue delay and tell you the outcome.

If we restrict a listing or an account, we give the affected person a statement of reasons. You can contest a moderation decision within 6 months by replying to the decision email or writing to infinite.props@proton.me; we review it again and tell you the result. You may also turn to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the Digital Services Act, or to a court. We do not use automated means to decide on reports.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights of consumers. Towards business customers our liability is limited to the price paid for the order concerned and excludes lost profits, except for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. The Store may be briefly unavailable for maintenance; we try to keep such breaks short.

13. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country. Disputes with consumers go to the court competent under general rules; disputes with business customers go to the court competent for our registered address.

Consumers can use out-of-court ways of settling complaints, such as the Podkarpackie Regional Inspector of Trade Inspection in Rzeszów, a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, or, for cross-border disputes, the European Consumer Centre in their country. More information is available at uokik.gov.pl. Taking part in such proceedings is voluntary for both sides.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for important reasons, such as changes in the law, in our services or in payment methods. We announce changes at least 14 days in advance by email and in the Store. Changes do not affect orders already placed. If you do not accept the changes, you can close your account before they take effect.
