Payment rules version draft-1 · Draft. Your creator panel provides a downloadable copy and acceptance history.

Your share of each sale

Your creator share is 0%; the platform share is 100%. The base is the asset price after discounts, excluding transaction VAT or sales tax. Each order records its own commission; a later rate change does not change previous orders.

Example: a sale with a net price of €100 after discounts records €0.00 for you and €100.00 for the platform. Any transaction tax is outside this split. Actual order amounts use the currency's smallest unit and may be rounded.

Fees, currencies and tax records

Stripe payment-processing fees are paid from the platform's share; the app does not subtract them again from your recorded creator share. Currency conversion, account or receiving-bank fees, if applicable, can affect the amount reaching your bank and are governed by Stripe or your bank.

Balances are kept separately for each sale currency. The app does not convert or add different currencies together. Your Stripe account's supported currencies and country restrictions still apply.

The earnings history and CSV are settlement records, not invoices or tax certificates. Creator terms must define invoicing and transaction-tax responsibilities. You remain responsible for your own applicable income and business-tax obligations; Stripe verification does not settle those obligations.

Set up your Stripe account

Choose the country where your creator business or activity is based, then complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding. The country cannot be changed on that Stripe account after creation. Stripe collects identity, business and bank information on its own secure pages; do not send identity documents or bank credentials to store support.

Returning from Stripe does not mean verification is complete. The app checks whether details have been submitted, transfers are active, payouts are enabled and required information has been resolved. Stripe can request further information later. Use Continue setup or Check status when your account needs attention.

When money moves

A captured payment is recorded in your earnings history. A new transfer becomes eligible no earlier than 48 hours after capture, when transfers are enabled, your Connect account is active and the payment is not held. Existing orders keep their recorded eligibility date. Eligible orders are processed automatically; no withdrawal request is required.

This waiting period is not a promised bank-arrival deadline. Stripe must make the charge funds available, and verification, payment review or service interruptions can delay processing. The app does not add a payout minimum or a rolling reserve; Stripe may impose its own account limits or reserves.

Transferred to Stripe means the store has created a transfer to your connected Stripe account. It does not mean your bank has received the money. Open Stripe Express to see your available balance, bank payout schedule, payout status and any estimated arrival date. Automatic retries reconcile an existing transfer before creating another one.

Refunds, disputes and adjustments

A refund, card dispute or revoked order can suspend the creator allocation and download access. If an allocation was transferred, the store attempts to reverse the related transfer. A failed reversal requires operator attention and may remain pending while Stripe or the account balance prevents recovery. Automatic recovery is also paused when automatic transfers are disabled; urgent cases require the operator to act.

A partial refund or dispute on a shared customer payment currently holds all orders funded by that payment, including other creators' orders. The system does not guess which remaining amount belongs to which creator and does not automatically pay a held or reversed allocation again, even if a dispute is later won. The operator must reconcile the remaining balance and communicate the result.

A hold or reversal is a payment status, not a final determination of legal liability. Refund entitlement, dispute costs and any adjustments are governed by applicable law and the approved creator and store terms. This page does not promise that digital purchases can never be refunded.

Reading your earnings history

Waiting: the delay has not elapsed, transfers are paused or Connect setup is incomplete. Processing: a transfer or recovery is being reconciled. Transferred to Stripe: a transfer has been created. No transfer required: the recorded creator allocation is zero. On hold: payment or order review is required. Reversed: a transfer has been reversed. Retry scheduled: an attempt failed and the system will retry; contact support if it persists.

The balance cards reflect captured order allocations and the store's transfer ledger. They are not your current Stripe or bank balance. Refunded or held allocations are separated from pending and transferred amounts. Test and demo records do not represent real earnings. Bank payout failures must be checked in Stripe Express.

Your agreement and changes

Read the creator terms, store terms and privacy notice before accepting payment rules. Accepting these rules is separate from accepting Stripe's Connect agreement. The store records the policy version, your creator share, eligibility delay, operator details, document links, accepting account and acceptance time. You can download a copy from this panel.

A changed creator share or payment policy requires a new acceptance for new live sales. Previously recorded order allocations retain their amounts. The operator must give any notice required by the approved agreement and applicable law before changing terms; a new checkbox does not replace that notice. Unlisting an asset preserves existing customers' purchased version access, subject to payment holds.

Questions and payment complaints

Contact infinite.props@proton.me for missing transfers, allocation errors, holds or payment complaints. Include the order ID, currency, amount, relevant date and a short description. Do not include card numbers, identity documents or bank credentials. The operator will investigate against the order and Stripe records; response deadlines and escalation options are set out in the creator terms.

For a failed bank payout or bank-detail update, use Stripe Express first. For an incorrect store allocation or an unresolved payment hold, contact the store operator. These support paths do not limit any statutory right or lawful complaint route.
